Questions about consulting and projects
How are assessments and projects priced?
There's no price list. The first conversation is free. After it, we quote the assessment or project from your real environment and the scope we agree. Small or occasional jobs can be billed by the hour.
Do we have to sign a managed IT agreement afterwards?
No. We can hand the project to your own team, fully documented. Managed IT is there if you want us to keep running what we built.
Do you sell hardware or licences?
No. Our advice is vendor-neutral: we write the requirements, help you compare suppliers' quotes, and you buy from whoever you choose. The one exception is business internet, where we supply dedicated fiber and leased lines ourselves.
Can you work alongside our IT person or an existing supplier?
Yes. We agree who does what before work starts, and everyone gets the same documentation at the end.
