Corepath is the client portal that comes with our service.

Every request, device, site visit and report is recorded there, so you can check the service yourself instead of taking our word for it.

It's how the service runs day to day, and how you check that it does.

Corepath is included with managed IT. There's no public sign-up: when you become a client we set it up for your company, and your company admins decide who on the team has an account.

What you see depends on your plan. Tickets come with every plan. Managed IT adds assets, site visits and monitoring. Cloud services add your domains with their renewal dates and DNS records, your business email with the health of SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and your Google Workspace subscriptions.

Your service at a glance

The dashboard opens with one line that says whether anything needs attention: a ticket past or close to its SLA deadline, a domain renewal coming up, a device that needs attention or a service that's down. Below it are your active tickets, each part of your plan and whether it's live yet, and the uptime of your internet links, servers and services, with latency and certificate expiry.

Every request is a ticket with a deadline

Your team opens a ticket, replies and attaches files, then follows its status, its priority from P1 Critical to P4 Low, and the time left until its SLA deadline. Updates arrive in the portal, by email and, if you turn them on, as push notifications. If the problem comes back soon after a ticket closes, a reply reopens it, and the person who raised it gets a short satisfaction survey when it's resolved.

How service levels work

Devices and site visits

Every device, who holds it, its warranty dates and its history. After each engineer visit there's a report: what was checked, each issue found and whether it was fixed on site, recommendations, photos and the date of the next visit.

Reports, on demand or monthly

The SLA pack, the asset register, domain renewals due in the next 90 days, an audit extract and site-visit history, as PDF or CSV. Company admins can generate one at any time or have it sent every month.

Who sees what, and how it's protected

Company admins
See tickets across the company, assets, site-visit reports and monitoring. They can update assets, edit the DNS records of your domains, schedule the monthly reports and manage who on the team has access.
Employees
See their own tickets, the devices assigned to them and their own mailbox.
Sign-in
Email and password, or a Google or Microsoft account. Anyone can turn on two-factor authentication for their account, with an authenticator app or a code sent by email. It applies to password and Microsoft sign-ins; a Google sign-in uses Google's own checks instead.
Your data
Each company sees only its own data, and every change is recorded in an audit log: who did what, and when.
On your phone
Corepath can be installed on a phone and can send notifications to it. When an engineer needs to connect to a Windows computer, the remote-support app is downloaded from the portal.

Questions about the portal

  • Does the portal cost extra?

No. Corepath is included with managed IT. It's how the service is delivered and reported, not a separate product.

  • Can we buy or renew services in the portal?

No. Corepath shows renewal dates, subscriptions and status. Renewals and new services are arranged through a ticket or with our team.

  • Is Corepath available in Arabic?

No. The portal's interface is in English, which is why the screens on this page are in English too.
