Double Backslash IT Solutions is an Egyptian IT services company headquartered in New Cairo. These terms cover your use of this website and the general framework of our service engagements.

The first consultation is free. Quotes are prepared against your real environment and are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.

Actual service delivery — scope, deliverables, response times, and pricing — is governed by the written agreement or retainer contract we sign together, which takes precedence over this page.

Response-time and uptime commitments (SLAs) apply as defined in your retainer or connectivity contract. If we miss the agreed response window on a retainer incident, you don't pay for that incident.

You agree to provide the access, information, and approvals we reasonably need to deliver the agreed work, and to hold valid licenses for software you ask us to install or manage.

We treat your infrastructure details, credentials, and business information as confidential, and we are happy to sign an NDA before any engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.
