IT monitoring for businesses in Egypt

We watch your internet links, servers, services and websites around the clock, so we can deal with a problem before your staff have to report it.

What changes for you

Warnings get caught early

A failing link, a disk that's filling up or a certificate close to expiry is caught while it's still a warning, well before it turns into an outage in the middle of the working day.

Every alert reaches an engineer

Alerts go to the engineers who look after your environment, and they act on them.

You can check it yourself

Your confirmed monitors are in the client portal with their current status, latency and certificate expiry. Look whenever you like.

What we watch

We agree with you what the business depends on, set up the checks, and agree how each alert is handled under your agreement.

  • Internet and network

    • Every internet link at every site, backup links included
    • Failover events, so you know when the backup link took over
    • Firewalls, switches, wireless controllers and site-to-site connections
    • Latency and packet loss that slow down calls and cloud apps
  • Servers and storage

    • Physical servers, virtual machines and hypervisors
    • Disk space, memory and processor load approaching a limit
    • NAS and storage health, including disks that are starting to fail
    • Critical Windows and Linux services, and backup jobs that failed or didn't run
  • Websites and business services

    • Websites, portals and web apps your customers use
    • SSL/TLS certificates close to expiry
    • The DNS records and domain renewals your email and website depend on
    • Internal business applications, and whether they're reachable from where they should be
  • Alerts and follow-up

    • Alerts routed to the engineers responsible for your environment
    • Thresholds tuned so real problems stand out
    • Incidents logged as tickets, with a record of what was done
    • Checks updated as your environment changes

Under a managed IT agreement, this runs the same way as the rest of your IT. It's documented and shared with you, monitored continuously, supported through the client portal with a target on every request, and covered in a monthly report.

It's also available as a one-off project, for example a new office, a migration or an audit.

When monitoring is worth it

  • Your staff usually notice first

If you only hear about problems when someone says the internet is down or the shared drive won't open, you're finding out too late.

  • A few systems carry the business

A server, an internet link or a website the company can't work without should be checked all the time.

  • You have more than one site

Branches are hard to keep an eye on from head office. Monitoring shows every site in one place.

Technologies we work with: Windows Server, Linux, Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, TrueNAS, Docker, Fortinet, pfSense, OPNsense, Cisco, Cloudflare

Questions we're asked

  • What exactly do you monitor?

Whatever the business depends on: internet links, firewalls, servers and virtual machines, storage, backup jobs, websites, and the certificates and domains behind them. We map your environment first, agree the list with you, and confirm each monitor before it goes live.

  • Is monitoring really around the clock?

Yes, the checks run continuously, day and night. How fast an engineer responds outside office hours depends on the support coverage in your agreement (business hours or around the clock) and on the priority of the problem. We spell that out before you sign.

  • What happens when an alert fires?

An engineer responsible for your environment checks that the problem is real, then deals with it. That might mean restarting a service, freeing up disk space or opening a fault with the internet provider. If it affects your staff, it becomes a ticket you can follow in the client portal. When a monitor linked to your company stays down, the portal opens that ticket on its own.

  • Can we see what you're monitoring?

Yes. Your team can sign in to Corepath, our client portal, and see each confirmed monitor with its status, latency and certificate expiry date. Anything that became an incident shows up in your tickets and in the monthly SLA report.
