Managed IT services for companies in Egypt
We take on the day-to-day responsibility for your company's IT: help for your staff, your network, servers, backups, security and cloud services. What we cover, the support hours and the response targets are written into one agreement.

What we take responsibility for
An agreement can cover any of these areas. We agree the exact scope with you and write it down.
- IT support & help deskHelp for your staff with devices, accounts, email and software. Remote anywhere in Egypt, on site across Greater Cairo.
- Networks & firewallsFirewalls, switches, Wi-Fi and VPNs, documented and kept up to date.
- Servers & virtualizationWindows and Linux servers and the platforms they run on, patched and looked after.
- Backup & disaster recoveryScheduled backups kept away from the office, test restores, and a written recovery plan.
- MonitoringInternet links, servers and key services checked around the clock.
- CybersecurityUpdates, two-factor sign-in, password management and firewall policy, applied the same way on every device and account.
- Cloud & business systemsGoogle Workspace or Microsoft 365, business email, domains, DNS and cloud servers.
- Dedicated fiber & leased linesDedicated fiber and leased lines supplied by us, with a backup line and failover where work can't stop.
It's for companies whose IT has outgrown the way it's handled.
One person does all of it
Someone on staff handles everything from the printers to the firewall. When they're on leave or busy, nothing moves, and most of what they know isn't written down. We back them up or take the work over, and we document everything as we go.
A freelancer on WhatsApp
They're capable when you can reach them. There's no agreement, no record of what was done, and the passwords are on their phone. With us there's a written agreement, every request is logged, and the credentials stay with you.
Someone who comes when called
A technician turns up when something breaks and bills per visit. Nobody looks at anything in between. We watch your systems every day and send you a report each month.
Co-managed IT
If you already have an IT person, keep them. They stay close to your staff and your priorities. We handle the infrastructure, monitoring, security updates and the problems that need a specialist, and we cover for them when they're on leave.
Who does what is agreed with you and written into the agreement. They see everything we do in the client portal.
How it's priced
We don't publish a price list. Every quote is based on what we find in your company.
A free first conversation
We talk about how your company works and look at what you have. It costs nothing and doesn't commit you.
A quote from your real setup
We price what we found, and the proposal spells out the scope and the service levels.
A monthly agreement
Managed IT is billed monthly. Small or occasional needs can be handled by the hour instead.
The price depends on the number of people and devices, your offices and branches, your servers and systems, the support hours you need, and how often you need an engineer on site.

Questions about managed IT
What is managed IT, exactly?
One IT company takes ongoing responsibility for your technology under a written agreement. It supports your team, runs and monitors your systems, and reports to you every month. Without it, nobody is responsible between one breakdown and the next.
Is 24/7 support included?
Monitoring runs around the clock for every managed client. Support hours are chosen per company, either business hours or around the clock, and written into the agreement.
Do we have to change our systems or providers?
No. We start from what you have. If something is a risk, we recommend a change and explain why, and the decision is yours. Our advice on products is vendor-neutral.
What happens if we decide to leave?
You keep the documentation, the configurations and every credential. We build on standard, well-documented systems, so your IT keeps working without us.
What would managed IT look like for your company?
Tell us how IT is handled in your company today. One of our engineers reads it and gets back to you. The first conversation is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
