About Double Backslash
Double Backslash IT Solutions is an Egyptian IT company based in New Cairo. We look after the IT of other companies and answer for it.
Some companies hand us their IT entirely. Others have an IT person who needs a team behind them.
We support staff, run networks, internet links, servers and backups, manage accounts and devices, and keep all of it secure. What we cover, the support hours and the response targets are written into an agreement with each client.
We document how everything is set up, watch it continuously and keep a record of the work. Clients see their tickets, devices, site visits and reports in Corepath, our client portal.
We don't sell hardware or software licences. When something needs buying, we write the requirements and you buy from whoever you choose. The one thing we supply ourselves is business internet: dedicated fiber and leased lines, so the line and its support come from the same team.
What you can hold us to
- Your IT stays yours
- The documentation, configurations and passwords belong to you. We build on standard, well-documented systems, often open source, so another competent team could take over.
- Everything is written down
- Every device, account, internet link and change is recorded, so nothing depends on one person's memory, ours included.
- Commitments go in the agreement
- If we can't put a promise in writing and show it in a report, we don't make it.
- Engineers read your requests
- The people who pick up your ticket know your setup. There's no sales queue between you and them.

Monitoring runs around the clock. Support hours, business hours or 24/7, are set in each client's agreement.

Engineers on site across Greater Cairo and remote support anywhere in Egypt. On-site work elsewhere is arranged as part of the agreement.
