Dedicated fiber and leased lines for businesses in Egypt
We supply enterprise internet: dedicated fiber and leased lines with bandwidth reserved for your company and the same speed up and down. We handle the survey, installation and support, so from the first quote to the first fault you deal with one team.

What you get
Bandwidth nobody shares with you
The capacity is reserved for your company, so speed holds at busy times. Upload runs as fast as download, which is what video calls, cloud apps and backups need.
One team from order to support
We survey the site, arrange the installation, set the line up on your firewall and handle any fault. You call us, not a call centre.
A line sized to the business
We recommend the type of line and the bandwidth from what you actually use and what's available at your address, and upgrade it as you grow.
What's included
The line itself, and everything needed to get it working and keep it working. The service levels for your line are written into your contract.
The lines
- Enterprise dedicated fiber to your office
- Leased lines for internet, or to link your own sites privately
- Symmetrical bandwidth, sized to what you use and upgradeable as you grow
- Static public IP addresses where you need them
Delivery and installation
- A site survey and an availability check at your address
- Installation arranged and coordinated with the building
- The line set up on your firewall and handed over tested
- The line for a new branch planned before the lease is signed
Backup and failover
- A backup line, so one failure doesn't stop work
- Automatic failover and failback on the firewall
- Priority for critical traffic such as voice calls
- Site-to-site VPN between your offices
Support and monitoring
- Every line watched continuously, the backup included
- Faults reported to us and handled by us until they're fixed
- Latency and packet loss tracked, not just whether the line is up
- Line status in the client portal
Under a managed IT agreement, this runs the same way as the rest of your IT. It's documented and shared with you, monitored continuously, supported through the client portal with a target on every request, and covered in a monthly report.

Who it's for
The business runs on the internet
Cloud systems, calls and payments all depend on it. A line that slows down at busy times costs your team work every day.
You send as much as you receive
Video calls, cloud backups, remote access and servers people reach from outside need upload speed that a standard package doesn't give.
You're opening or moving an office
Installing a line takes time. We check availability at the new address early, so the internet is ready when your team moves in.

Questions we're asked
What's the difference between dedicated fiber and a leased line?
Both are reserved for your company: the bandwidth isn't shared with other customers, and upload runs as fast as download. Dedicated fiber brings internet to your office over its own fiber connection. A leased line is a dedicated circuit that can carry your internet or link your own sites privately. Which one fits depends on what you need it for and what's available at your address, and we explain the choice when we quote.
How is this different from a normal business internet package?
A standard package shares the provider's capacity with other customers, so speed drops at busy times, and upload is usually far slower than download. A dedicated line reserves the bandwidth for you, at the same speed in both directions, with service levels written into the contract.
Can you guarantee our internet will never go down?
Nobody can honestly promise that: cables get cut and equipment fails. The service levels for your line are written into your contract, and we handle faults until they're fixed. Where work can't stop, we add a backup line with automatic failover, so one failure doesn't stop the business.
Is it available at our address?
It depends on the location. We check what's available at your address before we quote, and a site survey confirms it before installation.
