When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, and (if you choose to give them) your phone number, company size, how your IT is handled today, your preferred contact method and your message.

Like most websites, our servers also keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information, used for security and operations.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and Ahrefs Web Analytics record how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We also use Google Ads conversion measurement to learn which of our ads lead to visits to our contact page and to inquiries.

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to provide the services you request.

We use analytics and ad-measurement data in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works. We don't use it to profile you individually.

This site's own code sets no cookies. Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar identifiers (for example, _ga) to tell visits apart. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may set strictly necessary security cookies.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's analytics and advertising tags run without cookies, because this site doesn't ask for cookie consent.

The map on our contact page comes from Google Maps and only loads if you choose to show it; Google may set cookies when it does.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share your inquiry details with advertisers or data brokers. Analytics and ad-measurement data is processed by Google as described on this page.

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose listed: Google (Workspace email delivery, Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads measurement, and Maps), Ahrefs (web analytics), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), and our hosting provider. Some of these providers process data outside Egypt.

We keep inquiry details for as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry or engagement, then we remove them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
