Cloud and business systems for companies in Egypt
We supply, set up and run the systems your team uses every day: business email on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, domains and cloud servers. They're configured properly, renewed on time, and they stay yours.

What this sorts out
Email on your own domain
Mailboxes on your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up. These records help keep your messages out of spam folders and stop others sending as you.
Renewals tracked
We track domain and subscription renewal dates, so your website and email don't go dark because a card expired or the reminder went to someone who has left.
Each system in the right place
Cloud, on-premises or hybrid. We put each system where it makes sense for cost, performance and where your data should be kept.
What we set up and run
One team looks after the accounts, domains and servers behind your daily work. You can see the details in the client portal. Your company admins can edit DNS records there themselves, or ask us to make any change.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Licences for either platform, supplied by us as a reseller
- Users, groups and shared drives or team sites
- Mailboxes and aliases on your domain
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and checked
- Accounts opened, handed over and closed as people join and leave
Domains and DNS
- Domain renewal dates tracked, with renewals arranged through support
- DNS records managed, documented and visible in the portal
- Cloudflare for DNS, protection and performance
- Domains registered in your company's name
Cloud and hybrid servers
- Cloud servers sized for the actual workload
- Hybrid setups that connect the office to cloud resources
- Linux and Windows Server administration and patching, with backups and monitoring on every server we run
- Containers with Docker and Kubernetes where they fit
Migrations and business apps
- Email and file migrations planned to keep disruption low
- Servers moved from the office to the cloud, or back
- Nextcloud for self-hosted file sharing, Bitwarden for company passwords
- Plain advice on where your data is stored and who can reach it
Under a managed IT agreement, this runs the same way as the rest of your IT. It's documented and shared with you, monitored continuously, supported through the client portal with a target on every request, and covered in a monthly report.

When this is the right service
Someone who left set up your email and domains
Nobody is sure who holds the domain login, when it renews, or why some of your emails land in customers' spam.
You're outgrowing the server in the office
It's getting old, and you want to know whether cloud, hybrid or a new server on site is the right next step.
You care where your data lives
Some data should stay on your own servers or in a specific location. We explain the options and their trade-offs plainly.

Questions we're asked
Do you work with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Both. We resell Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, set up either one on your domain, and look after it as people join and leave. If you're not sure which fits, we'll recommend one based on how your team works; our Insights guide compares the two.
Should everything move to the cloud?
Not necessarily. Email and collaboration usually belong there. For file servers, business applications and sensitive data, it depends on your internet connection, running costs and where the data should be kept. We recommend system by system, and a hybrid setup is often the sensible answer.
Who owns our domains and accounts?
You do. Domains are registered to your company, administrator credentials are documented and shared with you, and if you move to another provider we hand everything over. We work this way on every service.
How does an email migration work?
We plan it before anything moves. We list every mailbox and alias, copy existing mail to the new platform, then switch the DNS records at a quiet time. Afterwards we check each mailbox, and your team gets short instructions for their first day on the new system.
