Cybersecurity for businesses in Egypt
A ransomware attack or a hijacked email account can stop a company for days, and it usually gets in through something small: a laptop that missed its updates, a reused password, a convincing fake email. We apply one security standard to every office, device and account, keep it maintained and write it down, so your protection doesn't depend on who happened to set things up.

What you get
The same baseline everywhere
Every device, account and site meets the same baseline, so there's no forgotten laptop or open port that nobody knew about.
Fewer ways in
Strong sign-in, current patches and tight access rights close the common gaps attackers look for in company networks.
A procedure for incidents
If an account is compromised or a device is infected, an engineer follows a documented procedure and records what was done.
What we secure
We work in layers: the network, devices, accounts and email, and your staff. Each layer is configured, monitored and reviewed under your agreement.
Network and perimeter
- Firewall setup, hardening, firmware updates and regular rule reviews
- Secure remote access (VPN) for staff outside the office
- Separate networks for guests, servers and cameras
- Web protection and DNS filtering where they're needed
Devices and patching
- Endpoint protection on every workstation and server
- Operating system and application updates on a regular schedule
- Disk encryption on laptops that leave the office
- Administrator rights removed from everyday accounts
- A device register, so nothing goes unmanaged
Accounts, access and email
- Multi-factor authentication on email and critical systems
- Least-privilege access, reviewed when someone's role changes
- Accounts opened and closed on time as people join and leave
- Shared passwords moved into a managed password vault
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your mail domains, with their health shown in the client portal
Assessments, training and incidents
- Security assessments and vulnerability reviews, with findings ranked by risk
- Staff training on phishing and handling data safely
- A written procedure for containing an incident, recovering and keeping a record
- Regular reviews of what changed and what to fix next
Under a managed IT agreement, this runs the same way as the rest of your IT. It's documented and shared with you, monitored continuously, supported through the client portal with a target on every request, and covered in a monthly report.

When this matters most
Security was set up once and left alone
The firewall still has the settings it was installed with, passwords haven't changed in years, and nobody is sure who can access what.
You hold customer or financial data
Contracts, personal data and financial records need consistent protection, and you need to be able to show how they're protected.
Your team works from more than one place
Laptops at home, phones on the road and several offices all need the same protection.

Questions we're asked
Isn't antivirus enough?
It's one layer. Many incidents start with a stolen password, an unpatched system or a convincing email, and antivirus on its own stops none of those. So we combine endpoint protection with multi-factor authentication, patching, email security and tight access rights.
Where do we start?
With an assessment. We review your firewall, devices, accounts, email setup and backups, and give you a written list of findings ranked by risk. Urgent gaps get fixed first. The rest becomes a plan, in order, with the reason for each step. The first conversation is free.
What happens if we're hacked?
Contact us straight away. We contain it first by isolating affected devices, resetting compromised accounts and cutting off the attacker's access. Then we restore from clean backups and write up what happened and what we changed to make a repeat less likely. Under a managed agreement, this procedure is agreed with you in advance.
Will security slow my team down?
It shouldn't. Multi-factor authentication adds a short step at sign-in, and a shared password manager usually makes daily work easier. We explain each change to your staff before it goes live and roll changes out in stages.
Let's talk about your IT.
